The hotel is conveniently located near the Schonruh, making it easy to access local activities such as snow tubing and night riding. the room was immaculate, featuring a balcony and a spacious bathroom. the staff was exceptionally helpful, always ready to assist whenever needed.

Very special overall experience. Gorgeous hotel with very good facilities in a fantastic location close to railway station and bus station, and the food in particular. Really helpful staff during my stay. Easy check-in, flexible check-out. Informal bar and amazing pool: )

Being close to the center of town and the cable cars provides easy access to the beautiful Austrian mountains.

Staff was great, always willing to help. The food was excellent.

We were not told we need to book the massage and wellness sessions at our arrival. The rooms was a but chilly but we asked for an extra heater and the second day was fine.

Wide balcony in our room was large. Steps away from Casino Seefeld. It's easy walk to the train station, 500 feet;))

Everything was really good! I had a special stay with plenty of activities available most of the time. the staff were amazing, and the location in the Austrian mountains was just beautiful. 🌄.

The staff and service at the restaurant is warm, friendly and professional. Good swimming pools.

As someone already mentioned, reception staff is quite rude and disappointing. They never make your stay comfortable.

Spent Christmas in this beautiful hotel and it was a great decision. The food was amazing and varied, and had plenty of festive-themed options. Loved that the location was great for skiing, with easy access to the ski slope. The spa area was one of the best parts of the hotel with a great selection of saunas that were perfect for relaxing.

That the WiFi connection was not great in the rooms and had to rely on the lobby area. But it didn't really matter since we were mostly out of the room skiing or enjoying the facilities.

I had an amazing experience staying at this luxurious hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The spa facilities were top-notch and truly allowed me to relax and unwind. The breakfast provided was delicious and the dinner options were great value for money. The hotel also provided alternative options for dinner if we missed the service, which was a nice touch. The beds were extremely comfortable and the hotel was so quiet, I didn't hear any noise during the night. The large balcony provided stunning mountain views from every angle. The pools, both indoor and outdoor, were excellent and added to the overall relaxing atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable retreat.

Staff friendly and helpful. Abundance of good food. A large comfortable room. Relaxing evening entertainment. Good gym and swimming pools.Close to station and shops.

The evening meal comprised of many courses but not one of them was coffee !!. A pot of the excellent coffee served at breakfast would have gone down a treat. The room heating was too high for us and we needed to keep the windows open at night.
